Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS****YOUR TASKS**- Maintaining Lean Administration and Continuous Improvement standards (processes, methods, and tools) and providing expert knowledge on introduction of Lean in Administration and Continuous Improvement within all relevant areas / departments to increase the efficiency of indirect working processes- Creating and performing training concepts valid on global basis for providing training and coaching of the entire services to internal customers based on workshops- Tracking progress of local improvement measures and ensure transfer of output of idea generation activities into improvement programs following the CI rule framework- Drive the implementation and improvement of projects in different areas like Industrial Engineering or central Admin areas and continuously optimize and update methods and tools- Carry out project planning, steering, and controlling based on agreed targets and schedule (Implementation Plan Fulfilment)- Identifying and prioritizing improvement potentials in collaboration with the responsible functional areas- Supporting the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean in Administration by identifying and prioritizing improvement potentials in collaboration with the responsible functional areas a. o.
