**Accountabilities**:**Essential Skills/Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, related field, or equivalent experience- 12+ yr. validated experience in two or more of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Lab Operations, Sourcing or related function- Ability to get along with all levels of the business, project management skills (demonstrated experience in leading large teams), solid eye for business, confirmed team building skills, especially good listening skills, results oriented, strong analytical skills, and prior process improvement experience.
**Desirable Skills/Experience**:- Certified Lean Leader or equivalent- Six Sigma Black Belt- When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we ignite daring thinking with the power to encourage life-changing medicines.
