- **Job Purpose Summary**
Responsible for executing activities related to Continuous Improvement, achieving the involvement of all areas of the plant and promoting elements that ensure the success and positive impact of this methodology.
- **What you will do**
Development, implementation and monitoring of the improvement systems required in the plant (5's System, Improvement Ideas System, Gemba System, Problem Solving System, Daily Management System).
- Ensure that the continuous improvement systems in place are kept functioning.
- Identification and elimination of waste in operations and functional areas.
- Provide training, guidance, and lead, if necessary, root troubleshooting tools (8D, DMAIC, A3).
- Process Mapping (VSM Current & Future)
- Development, implementation and monitoring of standard work (considering times and movements of the operation).
- Development and implementation of manufacturing cells.
- Layout optimization.
- Development and monitoring of Kaizen events.
- Design and execution in Continuous Improvement training workshops.
- Development, implementation and monitoring of Lean tools (OEE, SMED, KANBAN, etc.)
- Execution of training workshops on continuous improvement
- Follow the guidelines of the environmental, occupational health and safety management system.
- Follow the guidelines of the Roe Deer Operating Model.
- **What you will need (job requirements)**
Experience in continuous improvement projects and use of Lean Six Sigma tools or equivalent.
- Experience in root cause investigation.
- Experience in the use of problem solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, 8 Steps)
- Experience identifying and executing Kaizen events.
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices Experience in Ergonomics analysis
- Experience in Environmental and Safety Standards
- Microsoft (word, excel, outlook, etc). Design Software Management: Autocad/Solidworks.Minitab Proficiency (preferred)Experience in Power Bi Development and Interactions (Preference).,
