Lean Coordinator

The Lean Engineer is responsibr deploying lean manufacturing methodology and implementing the culture of continuous improvement to improve overall safety,, on-time delivery, and productivity of the site(s).General ResponsibilitiesLeads process mapping, intensification of money saving projects, detection of opportunitir improvement in the áreas of manufacturing processesMaintains relationships with operation business unit anction department leaders to understand business objectives and priorities, and develop process improvement initiatives collaborativelyLeads project maintenance and budget, reports on progress, managing expectations and risk, and ensuring post-implementation benefits are measuredAct as a catalyr the sharing and implementation of best practices across all business unitsCommunicate / train Lean Manufacturing approaches to the teams with the intent of propagating and defect analysis philosophyImportante empresa / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E.
