**ACTIVITIES**:

- Industrial engineering support for the transformation projects, like time studies, line balancing and layout design.
- Proficiency in the latest Lean approaches
- Move pallets and use of power tools
- Responsible for value stream transformation metrics and data integrity within Kaizen.
- Support to Lean Managers to propose and develop a strategy in support of the standardization of effectiveness of the sites Lean program.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:

- Degree educated in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- AutoCAD or similar design software knowledge.
- Capable of executing time studies and line balancing calculations.
- Familiar with LEAN manufacturing concepts
- Familiar with the 5S concept.
- Bilingual: fluent English 100% and good command of Spanish.
- Ability to work on the production floor.
- Willingness to travel internationally (Louisville, Kentucky)
- Formal LEAN or SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN qualification.
