Lean Engineer

**Objective**

Support Lean manufacturing team responsibilities.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects with focus on waste elimination, improving productivity, headcount optimization, material handling equipment optimization.
- Lead and execute innovation projects
- Operations support for KPI compliance OEE, Mhpc, HC
- Analysis and calculation of Mhpc, HC, Overtime, OEE calculation according
- Support for New Launches according to rol

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering IIS, IMA, Mechatronics
- Experience as Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Advance manufacturing.
- VSM, Kaizen,5s, OEE, Standard Work, Time Study.
- Software: MS Excel and Power Point, Tableu
- Behavioral Skills: Discipline, Proactivity and Problem-Solving
- English required
