Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the lean transformation within Hermosillo Works to achieve operating goals using KPI-based performance management.Coach and collaborate with all levels of the organization and functions including technicians, support staff, and the leadership team to help progress our lean culture and drive continuous improvement.Be a champion of Kaizen and facilitate Kaizen events to drive improvements using Pull, Kanban, Standard Work, 5S and Single-Piece Flow.Teach, promote, and practice the Systematic Approach to Lean @ GE and build Kaizen capability.Participate in daily management process including daily management meetings, Genba walks and Kata coaching cycles.Coach teams using the Kata process to drive daily rapid experiments and problem solving in a systematic way.Expected travel 25-30%.Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations and/or Training.Strong lean manufacturing background.At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.Strong experience in implementation of lean.Desired CharacteristicsExperience with Lean Transformation, Principles & Tools.Ability to influence without direct authority.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed.Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborator.Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: Yes#J-18808-Ljbffr
