.Participate at the load/resource balance with the Manufacturing manager, responsible for the performance of a production/Manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams.
Adjust Manufacturing programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems.All aspects of production are driven by lean Manufacturing principles of predictability, organization, and efficiency improvement.
Experience in Manufacturing processes, TPM, problem-solving, SPC, lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement is required.The Manufacturing manager is in charge of areas such as Manufacturing, production, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
More than 10 years of experience in Manufacturing and production areas is preferred.In this role, your responsibilities will include:CNC programming (Fanuc language).CNC programming (Mazatrol language).CNC programming (experienced control).Use of conventional equipment (lathe/milling/grinding machine).Measuring (use of gauges) and interpretation of GD&T drawings.We are looking for motivated individuals who have minimal experience and an interest in growing their career with a world-class Manufacturing company.
This position is intended to expand an individual's knowledge and skills through a variety of hands-on Manufacturing and general business experiences.Implement lean Manufacturing tools and 5S in the plant.
You should know how Manufacturing processes work.Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of data analyst experience in the Manufacturing industry, working with dimensional data modeling, design and implementation, data warehouse monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.Main activities include implementing adaptations on the processes and Manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving industrial performance in manual processes, automatic processes, and PLC (programmable logic control) using SPS techniques and tools.Reporting to a director located in the USA, you will be responsible for managing the development, maintenance, and support of the software modules and components and participate in its transformation to a scalable, microservice-based architecture.You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in aerospace or automotive Manufacturing areas, particularly as a Manufacturing engineer for electrical harnesses.As manager, you will be legally responsible in case of an accident, participate in the load/resource balance with the Manufacturing manager, and ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost, quality, and lead time.We are looking for a Manufacturing engineer in our CDMX plant!
