**Job Description**:
The lean planner will plan, develop and maintain the project schedule, oversee the master schedule and then delve into contractor programs and lead the monitoring and management of this, develop corrective action plans and recovery plans, alongside the contractor and client. Issue the reporting with all required graphs.
The activities will include but not limited:
- Train team and GC Lean Roles in Lean Construction and Planning.
- Set up reporting scheme for GC and Site Progress, Meetings (daily, weekly, monthlly).
- Set up digital dashboards and site dashboards for GC's.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 7 - 8 years' experience as a planner
- Development of detailed project plans from the Master Schedule.
- Manage key inputs including task lists, logic, milestones, resources, calendars from design phases through to construction.
- Monitor trends and analyse schedule impacts with the project team.
- Prepare status reports.
- Ensure standards, formats and timeframes are maintained.
- Re-base line the schedule when required.
**Education/Qualifications**:
- Engineering or Architecture degree is desired, with experience in construction projects.
- ** Must - Certification in Lean Construction.**:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experienced in P6.
- Good communication, written and oral.
- Problem solving and leadership skills.
