Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESImprove and standardize our transportation processes by collaborating with each of the departments involved in the inbound supply chain (ISO, OEA/CTPAT, BSC)Promote a spirit of continuous improvement to support our Lean Enterprise missionAnalyze logistics data and costs to target and seize priority transportation opportunitiesSupport the implementation of transportation initiatives, up to the final approval from internal partnersContribute to continuous improvement by selecting the optimal materials supply strategy for each partSupport transportations teams on a variety of tactical initiativesYOUR QUALIFICATIONSUniversity or college education in engineering, logistics management, administration, or any other relevant fieldMinimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or transportation environment, with relevant experience in inbound logistics (transportation, materials planning, industrial engineering, etc.)Proven track record in project execution, resulting in measurable and significant gainsSolid knowledge of Excel (specifically for data processing) and PowerPointSpoken and written bilingualism (English and Spanish), advanced level (4/5)Knowledge of Transport and Yard Management Systems (TMS/YMS) and SAP ERP (WM, MM, PP) considered an assetYOUR SKILLSDriven individual, strong sense of initiative, autonomy, structure and rigourPropensity for project-based work and development/implementation of strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesKeen strategic sense and strong persuasion skillsInnovative and curious mind with an attention to detailProven leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teamsGreat proficiency at synthesizing and communicating complex information to a variety of audiencesWillingness to travel on occasion.
