**Job Description**:
The Lean Project Manager leads and facilitates cross functional projects engaging multiple functions to achieve process excellence.
In this role you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to achieve process improvement.- Achieve project deliverables and productivity results through improvement sustainment.- Positively lead teams and organizations through change. Communicate effectively to teams and leadership to ensure support for resources and buy-in for change.- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Change Management methodology tools.- Navigate corporate culture / developing positive working relationships with stakeholders and project team(s)- Lead materials cost savings projects- Partner with sourcing, OES, SSO, CE, Development, MFG and other functions to identify and deliver cost savings projects- Information Processing Capability Ability to manage ambiguity and data to find improvement opportunities through prioritizationMinimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of project management or process improvement experience, with Lean or Six Sigma or related products- Experience leading project teams- Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite and strong analytical skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Materials, or Operations is preferred- Effective communication, presentation and conflict management skills- Experience participating in or leading value streams- Knowledge of kaizen and other Lean Six Sigma facilitation tools- PMP certification- Ability to understand and lead technical and materials productivity initiatives- Ability to drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables and resources. Humble, inquisitive, bias towards action & courageous aptitude to take on larger roles beyond this position
