**Job Description**:
The Lean Project Manager leads and facilitates cross functional projects engaging multiple functions to achieve process excellence.
**In this role you will**:
- Lead cross functional teams to achieve process improvement.
- Achieve project deliverables and productivity results through improvement sustainment.
- Positively lead teams and organizations through change. Communicate effectively to teams and leadership to ensure support for resources and buy-in for change.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Change Management methodology tools.
- Navigate corporate culture / developing positive working relationships with stakeholders and project team(s)
- Lead materials cost savings projects
- Partner with sourcing, OES, SSO, CE, Development, MFG and other functions to identify and deliver cost savings projects
- Information Processing Capability Ability to manage ambiguity and data to find improvement opportunities through prioritization
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3+ years of project management or process improvement experience, with Lean or Six Sigma or related products
- Experience leading project teams
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite and strong analytical skills
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Materials, or Operations is preferred
- Effective communication, presentation and conflict management skills
- Experience participating in or leading value streams
- Knowledge of kaizen and other Lean Six Sigma facilitation tools
- PMP certification
- Ability to understand and lead technical and materials productivity initiatives
- Ability to drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables and resources. Humble, inquisitive, bias towards action & courageous aptitude to take on larger roles beyond this position
