Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.JOB SUMMARYESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead complex six sigma projects and coordinate with leadership to identify and prioritize targeted areas of opportunity for eliminating waste and reducing variation.- Facilitate value stream mapping, business process re-design, kaizen, continuous improvement, lean thinking, cycle time reduction, etc.
to simplify and perfect targeted areas.- Provide LSS training and leadership of kaizen events, across all levels of the organization.- Maintain detailed records of all LSS projects.- Managing/supervising LSS projects resulting in sustained performance.- Identify early signs of low performance from the sites within the region and initiate recovery activities to prevent any customer complaints
