And if that's you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:Analyzes, plans and implements process improvement needs. Evaluates and models existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional projects. Identifies improvement options. Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems. Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. Identifies and manages resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deploys plans from conception through to close. Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses.Skills: Results oriented, Self-directed, Organized, Analytic.Duties & Responsibilities:Improvement project implementation, detect opportunity areas and work on them, establish improvement methodologies.Coordinates efforts to ensure that projects reflect the overall priorities and needs of the Organization.Lead, develop, and help execute innovative operational improvements to achieve step-level changes in processes. Drive the current project, identify future projects, clarify responsibilities and responsibilities, and measure results.Aligns CI initiatives with the site's strategic plan. Ensures the development, monitoring and use of key performance indicators to promote better business and operational results.Provides hands-on leadership, training, and facilitation, working with Project Leaders and Teams, conducting Kaizen and other intervention events, and supporting change.Implements site idea generation processes and communication management. Make sure the Goals are conveyed and understood: "CI Cascading Goals." Track, prioritize, and recommend improvement teams/initiatives.Action Teams: support and train the "Champions" for each project of the Continuous Improvement Team. Teaches and supports teams in the use of troubleshooting and tracking tools.Perform regular and periodic validations of each continuous improvement project / initiative with each team
