Lean Transformation Technician

pose of Position.
This position will become part of a team focused on Transformational improvements across the Reynosa campus. This person will become a Transformational expert through on the job experience, mentorship, and internal / external training. This position will be a pathway position to other technical and / or leadership roles within the organization.

Act as a change agent to foster a culture of transformational step change throughout the organization and drive measurable process improvements across the Reynosa campusLeverage data to predict and identify opportunities:
Effectively manage and lead critical business projects that are initiated by senior leadership.:
Enhance process standardization through effective root cause analysis and the implementation of rigorous standards focused on improved efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination.:
Effectively present data andanalysis to stakeholders:
Ensure CSC standards are maintained through effective project management and a controlled documentation program.:
Manage confidential and proprietary information with discretion and sound judgment.

Provide leadership and guidance to deliver Operational Excellence utilizing Lean Six Sigma capabilities:

6. Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements.
A. Education.

BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics:
Fundamental understanding of Lean, Project management:
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques:
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets; Advanced Excel,
B. Work Experience.
