DE CV.****Solicita**:**Learning Advisor****Descripción y Requisitos****MAIN OBJECTIVE**Manage learning and development process in its different sub processes that help us ensure that the tools and solutions are the correct one for the process of the learning and development activities, that contributes to know the needs of salary and technical staff and that collaborators efficiently fulfill their activities, developing the skills, knowledge and abilities through their transmission and reach their optimal potential and development at BRP.**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage and optimize learning process- Identify training needs of BRP salary and technical staff- Logistic of internal and external training- Manage learning budget according to priorities- Verify internal certifications processes of hoists and hoists as well as prepare internal licenses- Manage documents in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, STPS- Manage and develop training and development providers- Coordinate and implement corporate initiatives- Develop and coordinate annual training plan- Communicate training events to staff in a timely manner- Manage and validate the effectiveness of language programs (English)- Manage, approve and comply with the educational reimbursement program, ensuring the proper use of the budget assigned- Implement the use of new tools and technologies to facilitate learning (LMS, instructional design, gaming, etc.)- Define and implement strategies of internal instructors in the different areas of the company in order to transfer knowledge between areas and become an asset of the organization- Present, manage and carry out audits of ISO and STPS- Carry out training matrices by position and technical, functional competencies that can feed our training plan- Carry out the monitoring of training effectiveness after the different critical trainings identified- Manage and monitor legal compliance of the training process**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**- Bachelor's degree in: Organizational Psychology, LAE, Industrial Relations- 5-8 years' experience in Training and Development- Intermediate English, able to establish business conversations and business presentations- Excel intermediate - advanced- ISO 9001:2015 audits- Training competences- Training matrices, training processes before STPS- Facilitate teaching- Learning processes- Knowledge, implementation and monitoring of development plans according to the 70%, 20%, 10% rule- Knowledge of legal aspects of training and ISO- Administration of training and logistics- Processes of implementation od culture and philosophy Org.- Management of LMS tools, platforms and current Learning modelsPuesto: Capacitacion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
