.The Trainer is a developing professional role, part of the Talent, Learning & Diversity team in Latin America. The Trainer will play a key role in the logistics and support to learning initiatives for the ICG businesses and Global Functions across Latin America. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.**Responsibilities**:- Supports the development and implementation of learning programs for ICG businesses and Global Functions employees across Latin America.- Assists in developing training programs and learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies designed for classroom (virtual and in-person), self-directed and web-based delivery mediums, integrating adult learning theory and creativity into all design elements for the creation of an interactive and effective learning experience.- Liaises with the business, HRAs, TL&D Advisors, HRPS and country HR partners to deliver learning solutions to the defined audiences.- Manages the logistics surrounding learning programs, including setting up vendors, building classes in the learning management system, coordinating support for virtual instructor-led classes, ensuring delivery of materials when applicable, leading calls with vendors on logistics, sending invites to participants, answering inquiries from participants, collecting evaluations from facilitators, and closing class rosters in Citi's learning management system (end to end)- Responsible for overseeing pre-program and post program learning experiences, ensuring a consistent, seamless approach for a high-quality learner experience from course registration to receipt of invitation to request for feedback.- Proactively partners closely with HRAs, TL&D Advisors, HRPS, HRSS, HRCA to deploy and execute on processes and reporting- Analyzes and provides insights into efficient and impactful processes- Gains organizational knowledge and skills to deliver quality learning outcomes- Participates in employee development and training programs.- Assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.- All other duties as assigned
