No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the end-to-end needs assessment and learning strategy and solution design, development, delivery, and measurement process on client projects- Manage learning projects, including client relationships, project team members, resource plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets- Actively communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization- Lead, model, and support the continued evolution of differentiated learning, knowledge transfer, and human performance support methods, approaches, and tools- Lead workshops with stakeholders, senior-level executives, and large groups**REQUIREMENTS**:- More than fifteen years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment, preferably focused in the Tech Industry- More than five years of experience managing teams of Instructional Designers, Content Developers, and Workforce Experience Vendors- Native-level English Language writing and speaking ability- Knowledge of Agile and Human-centered Design methodologies- Working knowledge of industry-leading Learning development tools and software (Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Skillsoft, Intellum, Litmos, Docebo, etc
