DE CV.****Solicita**:**Learning and Development Coordinator (for Jrz1 & Jrz3)****Descripción y Requisitos****MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Ensuring the implementation of the learning and development strategy for the Region- Being a strategic bussines partner, identifying the future and present needs required for the development of skills, technologies, knowledge, and transfer of learning among employees and ensuring continuity in the processes according to the growth of the business.- Propose alternative solutions to the demand for the development of knowledge and skills that allow knowledge to remain in BRP in a sustainable way.- Ensure and manage the learning and development team of the region compliance with the objectives and solution to the business requirements.- Development and implementation of learning maps of both technical and functional skills.- Ensure the standardization of learning and development processes in the region, as well as the fulfillment of the process in each of its stages.- Ensure and coordinate compliance in legal and ISO matters in all learning and development processes for the region.- Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning processes (Trainings, tools, English programs, reimbursement, and preparing) that allow to be a differentiating tool of the company.- Incorporate digital tools and use of new technological platforms in the different learning and development processes, knowledge and / or experience implemented corporate Universities for the technical and legal compliance part.- Seek to optimize and guarantee the proper use of the budget in each of the sites and in the different learning programs.- Maintain and incorporate new learning indicators that facilitate decision-making and their impact on the business.- Maintain and ensure a collaborative and harmonious work environment within the learning team and its relationship with the Talent team.- Development of the learning team and ensure a high-performance culture.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS**- Ability to work remote equipment- Teams Managing in several projects (multi-task)- Leadership Communication, negotiation, and influence- Skills Focus on employee development and results-oriented resilient- Sense of urgency Intermediate business- Engineers, able to make presentations in the English language, establish conversations.Puesto: Capacitacion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
