Implements global and sales market MX/CO/EC specific trainings and workshops which contribute to the market meeting its business goals. Follows up with business leaders to ensure they are working in line with global and country learning expectations to secure the strategic development of their teams. Drives for quality across all resources - people and materials, involved in all learning and development aspects in the market.**Job Responsibility including but not limited to**:- Builds a sustainable learning and development strategy for the sales market MX/CO/EC portfolio that enables colleagues to unlock their talent potential and achieve success at H&M- Monitors the performance of workforce groups and proactively identifies development solutions in partnership with the Talent team- Regularly makes recommendations for skill enhancements for the organizational by seeking out learning opportunities that would assist in exceeding business goals- Maintains strategic oversight of performance management process for country, including dialogue process- Creates sustainable implementations and rollout plans of global and country specific trainings and workshops to the sales market MX/CO/EC organization.- Builds a long-term strategy to ensure quality training processes across the whole sales market MX/CO/EC organization.- Responds to the developmental needs of each level of employee (i.E. Sales Advisors, Store Managers, Support Office, etc.) by creating or updating appropriate learning tools and materials- Partners with business leaders to ensure that introduction and in-store trainings are done in an impactful way, exceeding H&M standards and guidelines- Ensures that all sales market MX/CO/EC learning and development programs are consistent with H&M company culture, policies, standards, objectives and procedures and the supplied training material- Accurately communicates pertinent information (i.E. ER material) to trainers and to sales organization and support office managers through training programs that support the company's business, sales market MX/CO/EC legal compliance and human resources objectives
