.Description:The customer is a healthcare IT security company. It provides healthcare companies with a platform that addresses critical compliance and security challenges and helps to improve providers' productivity.The goal is to create a SaaS product from the ground up in a public cloud framework.Requirements:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; education and experience preferably in instructional design or sales enablement related fields.Ability to identify, design, and deliver sustainable innovative solutions.Ability to use industry and internal best practices and knowledge to improve processes, and resolve complex problems or problems where current process or precedent may not exist.Experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.Familiarity with privacy, security, and cloud computing concepts a plus.Excellent communications skills including presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required, and a desire to coach others.Strong organization, planning, problem resolution, influencing and facilitation (in person and virtually) skills.Ability to connect with people and build effective work relationships.Must have experience in developing work plans and project scopes.Job Responsibilities:JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for an individual who is highly collaborative, proactive, and who possesses a strategic mindset as well as strong attention to technical and end user experience detail. You will need to be a dynamic individual that is both curious and empathetic to the significant changes occurring within the organization.A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of learning, technical, and process training and a passion for education and/or a background in a technical industry, combined with excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, make for an ideal candidate.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build, and deliver materials to accelerate the onboarding process ensuring our global new hires assimilate, effectively understand Imprivata solutions and contribute within their new roles as quickly and effectively as possible.Working closely with hiring managers, analyze training needs, develop learning approaches and curricula.Lead the development of in-person, virtual, and on-demand learning programs.Create an engaging learner experience in each onboarding role with various training strategies.In collaboration with hiring managers and SMEs, inventory current content and perform gap analyses to improve the quality and effectiveness of onboarding content
