**What will you be doing?
**- Develop and implement training strategy, measuring the effectiveness of it.- Oversee the development and implementation of high-impact training programs tailored to business needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and prioritize training requirements.- Develop and maintain scalable training solutions for multi-client delivery.- Lead training content creation that aligns with organizational standards and client expectations.- Ensure the integration and effective use of technology-driven learning solutions, including LMS.

**Requirements**:**Who you are**:- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Administration, Education, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.- 3+ years BPO experience and/or in similar position and volume training- Experience in managing teams and leading large-scale L&D initiatives.
