Support inquiries around Customer Journeys due to their complexity and impact in customer experience.- Effectively and administrate Learning & Recruiting Management Systems to ensure data accuracy.- Accurately respond to employee and management inquiries.- Respond to escalated questions; escalate more complex questions to Functional Supervisor for guidance/support- Work with COE Specialists on a regular basis to resolve employee, People Leader, and Union/Work Council Leader inquiries and concerns.- Adhere to relevant metrics to track performance.- Responsible for promoting a positive customer experience and increased satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.- Ensure process and policy documentations are updated.- Provide administrative and program management support needed to implement effective Learning programs (ensuring sessions are scheduled, invites are sent, enrolment and waitlist management, tracking attendance in the LMS, managing event logistics).- Work closely with business stakeholders to lead the ongoing design, configuration, testing and deployment of Learning & Recruiting modules based on business needs.- Identify and analyse options and provides recommendations for system and process enhancements, improvements, and innovative solutions to meet the needs of learners.- WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Associated degree is required in Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields to specific HR functional area.- Preferred Bachelor's degree.- Minimum 3+ years of HR functional area expertise, preferably in Learning, Recruitment and Onboarding.- Experience in management systems.- Experience in coordinating projects within Shared Services and ensuring these projects meet the overall strategic vision of the department
