**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
In charge of the operational management & follow up of Learning Ops budget as well as ensuring the visibility of the expenses vs. the projections of monthly and annual expenses. Responsible for carrying out all operational processes within the budget management team for Learning Ops with LATAM scope.
**Your Impact**
As Learning Budget Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Preparation of AOP with sessions & files in collaboration with Budget & Vendor Management & Learning Towers leaders.
- Preparation of business cases for new budget requirements.
- Execution of full processes for billing and responsible for the information for the correct execution in a timely manner.
- Follow up on the process of generating and entering purchase orders with learning members.
- Supervision and management of accounts and cecos for the centralization of the LATAM budget, consolidating everything in just one file for internal control.
- Administration of the monthly budget and identification of deviations vs. AOP and YAGO.
- Planning of scheduling of expenses in FCST, including operative expenses & travel & expenses.
- Ensure cross charges process in a timely manner.
- Presentation of monthly reports of LATAM total closure.
- Administration and identification of variations in the financial reports of budgets.
- Support and guidance for financial processes to Learning Ops collaborators.
- Monitoring the productivity of projects in the area, as well as the report to the project area.
- Maintain weekly follow up sessions with Learning OUs point persons.
- Maintain weekly follow up sessions with Budget & Vendor Management team and provide them with the necessary data and fill the required reports to have the correct HR Ops follow up.
Qualifications:

- Accounting-financial knowledge.
- 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting area.
- Intermediate English
- Advanced MS 360 Suite Management (Emphasis in Advanced Excel / Pivot Tables / Macros and Power Point development executive presentations. Desirable: Power BI).
- Database management
- SAP ECC Module
