In Xceletor Academy we support ILT/VILT as per standard product catalogue.The primary outcome in deploying learning is achieving the learning objectives to develop the required knowledge and skills of the work force that enables user productivity, adoption and realized value.**Your Challenge **- Provide training, mentoring and coaching on instructor delivery.- Design and manage tailored and/or complex training deliveries.- Align with instructional design teams and global practice teams on delivery strategies and approaches.- Identify and implement innovative training delivery approaches.**Who we are looking for **Siemens will train you in our methodologies and solutions in Training soft skills, need you to already have:- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience- Experience in the NX design industry- Proficient in CAD software UG NX Training Delivery- Design/Drafting/Industrial Design & Styling/Analysis/Routing/Manufacturing- Strong Communication Skill and Presentation Skills- Ability to conduct Instructor Lead and Virtual Trainings- Ability to resolve errors, queries from the training sessions.- Work with minimum supervision and resolve day to day training issues- At least 5 Years of CAD software experience and passion for training/teaching is must.- Clear understanding of CAD/CAM/PLM concepts- Organizational skills- Enthusiasm for lifelong learning- Experience with Microsoft documentation and software development lifecycles and tools- Mostly work remotely, but able and willing to travel 25-50%Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
