.Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.- 1+ years experience in a Learning and Development, Onboarding, Customer Experience, or Coordination role- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, organizational skills and program and project management.- Experience developing and implementing goals and strategies based on broader organization goals.- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels.- Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects- Experience and proficiency with MS Office- Able to travel nationally as required- Fluent English communication skills written and spoken.Job summaryThe Learning Coordinator works with FC and Delivery Station operations managers and shift/area managers to enroll into Talent Development proficiency programs. Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which they are assigned. This position has a high level of program administrative management. The Learning Coordinator is assigned to the Learning and Development Department and will hold responsibilities specific to that area. Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:A day in the lifeAbout the hiring groupEmerging Countries Customer Fulfillment (ECCF) Consumer Talent Development (CTD) owns three key areas: 1) Development for FieldFront-Line Operations Learning Leaders; 2) Launch learning; 3) Development and resources for Field Learning Leaders.Job responsibilities- Coordinate and track new Front-Line leaders proficiency trainings (Ascend: Operations Academy and Stepping up lo Leadership) in MEX operations.- Deliver and facilitate training programs- Manage ticketing system and ensure tickets are closed within expected timeline- Active management of roster systems of L4-L5 Area Managers for Ascend: Operations Academy (AOA)- Coordinate classroom-based interventions (room booking, participant information)- Track and efficiently manage training registration and help to establish documented and streamlined training registration processes- Assist in distribution, construction and analysis of learning evaluations and produce summary reports of participant feedback which assist in continuous improvement efforts.- Manage ticketing system and ensure tickets are closed within expected timeline- Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation. Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs- Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement- Assess development needs for individuals and groups- Balance and prioritize multiple tasks- Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor- Experience working with cross-functional teams in global environment
