Focused on delivering insights and enabling effective learning programs, the team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and strategic alignment to empower our clients and employees alike.**Responsibilities and Impact**:**Learning Experience Design**: Possess deep understanding of Learning Experience Design (LXD), User Experience (UX), and instructional design best practices. Utilize instructional design methodologies to create learner-centered experiences that cater to diverse learning styles. Incorporate multimedia elements and interactive components to enhance engagement and retention. including digital learning modules, campaigns, workshops, and blended learning solutions. Ensure the integration of diverse learning modalities, including simulations, case studies, and interactive content, to enhance learner engagement.**Project Management**: Lead and manage multiple learning projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback throughout the design process.**Evaluation and Continuous Improvement**: Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually enhance the learning experience and to recommend innovative learning solutions (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Miro, etc.)**Training and Support**: Provide training and support to facilitators and end-users on newly developed learning content and tools. Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting available resources and opportunities.**What We're Looking For**:Basic Required Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in E ducation, I nstructional design, or other learning discipline preferred.5 years of experience in training, instruction design, learning experience design & learning and development.Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools ( eg ; Articulate preferred), and eLearning Management Systems (LMS)Strong Project Management Skills with the a bility to manage competing priorities and have multiple projects in flight at once and in various stage and meet deadlines.Excellent communication, c ollaborat ion and interpersonal skills.
