Learning and Development Intern MEX Objective To assist in the communication campaigns to promote training initiatives and events Main Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for in-person training sessions and manage vendors Generate monthly reports and conduct feedback surveys to evaluate training programs Provide follow-up to learning curricula and program reports Administration of program completions in our learning system Support Masters and language programs Assist in Onboarding and Plant Tours logistics Management of Open Training request logistics Position Requirements Career: HR, Administration, organizational psychology, related careers.
Software: Microsoft Office (Success factors desired).
Behavioral Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills.
English advance required.
