**Make your mark for patients****MAJOR** ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Design and implement integral training and development plans according to corporate and PVU's strategic plans, considering competency models, job descriptions and local development needs- Co-create and execute the implementation of People & Cultural strategies and initiatives align with UCB Mexico strategy regarding DE&I, Wellbeing, and workplace environment- Partner with senior leadership team to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention- Design and implement the local Internal Communication strategy and coordinate the external agency to produce internal communications materials.- Network with third parties and specialized consultants to design customized programs- Make sure that Talent Budget is properly executed according to training plans, cultural and wellbeing initiatives- _ Newsletter writing._- _ Diversity and inclusion_- _ Area presentations_- _ Organization of events: search for headquarters, suppliers, agenda._- **Bachelor's Degree**:Business Administration, Psychology, among others.
**Degree in Human Resources or related field (desirable)**:- ** Fluent English****Experience**- Desirable experience in Learning, Development and Cultural Transformation Processes- Confident in written and spoken communication and the ability to present to large audiences- Project management and budgeting- Proven ability to work in a team, inputting expert knowledge by influence and good listening skills to understand design models for interpretation.
