Responsible for creating and executing training programs to develop soft and hard skills throughout the employee lifecycle and the measurement of performance for career development.
Main responsibilities: Assessing training and development needs for operations teams: must conduct gap analysis to detect and prioritize development needs for operations teams, including all functions and seniority levels.Developing training programs for operations teams: based on the priorities identified, design training programs to improve those gaps. Must include metrics to ensure excellence.Adapt and deliver training for new developments or corporate or product changes: there will be compliance measures, changes in product and other changes that happen constantly. The need is to receive these materials and create learning strategies to make sure they are delivered.Implementing and measuring training programs for operations teams: using online, self paced and in person learning, must be able to implement training and as needed be the trainer.Building a team to increase capabilities of L&D for operations: after showing results, must begin to propose how the L&D team can grow to iterate and increase capabilities. Must be very involved with day-to-day operations to continue to identify and fill gaps.Co-create and manage performance measurement for operations: adapt performance management process to operations and manage implementation and follow-upCo-create and manage career paths for operations: co-design and manage the career development for operations.
What we are looking for: Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing learning programs in operational teams2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or high-growth companyExperience designing and implementing learning programs from scratchSkills and attitudeHighly energetic. Action oriented.
