.**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Job responsibilities**:- Plan, develop, and deliver effective technical training programs, using current knowledge and methods such as virtual live facilitation, in person sessions, e-learning, on-the-job training plans and workshops Partner with Segment and Hub leadership to understand their business strategy and supporting skills matrix to enable the effectiveness of our operations- Conduct needs analysis to assess training needs against skills matrix; Create comprehensive training and development strategy in partnership with CBS HRBP and plan to address gaps. Identify in-house training content and SME's as part of training approach and address content gaps with external training options- Partner with Talent COE and HRBPs on soft skills training customization and deployment that addresses skill gaps- Partner with Onboarding Global Process Owner to create and deploy a consistent onboarding training plan for CBS new hires based on needs analysis outcomes; continue to assess and refine program- Implement training and development strategy with key success metrics to report to senior management; continue to monitor andadjust curriculum based on feedback and metrics- Evaluate training performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for driving innovation in the delivery of training content, capturing ROI and recommending new technology/tools to improve the effectiveness of learning programs.- Prepare training budget for department or organization- Ensure quality and consistency of training delivery and approach through training metrics and feedback- Ensuring new global tools are being utilized- Support knowledge transfer process and training and development in liaison with PMO team, HR and Global Process Owners. Support rollouts from Corporate to CBS as and when needed.- Drive continuous improvement through feedback processes to elevate performance of all**Education/Experience**:10-12+ years of progressive industry experience creating and leading effective training programs in a global, large-scale organization and collaborating multi functions and departmentsBachelor's degree required in business, training, human resources
