**Learning & Development Specialist (Guanajuato / Temporary)****Mission**Perform administrative activities and processes required for training program organization, delivery, evaluation and reporting to ensure an integral and professional educational development offer to Metalsa employees**Experience**:- 3 - 5 years in Learning and Development- Experience in Training execution- Professional Certificate (degree in Human Recourses, Psychology Business Administration or alike)- Advanced English**Essential Functions**:- Execute L&D practices and deployment of Metalsa core training, ensure Metalsa's Orientation Program for new employees- Carry out the DTN process and consolidate the Annual Training Plan (ATP), ensure its compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the training requirement- Execute the ATP for operational and operational employees- Seek and select external training suppliers that align to MU standards, ensure internal certification of trainers, and help identify and develop them- Monitor the training budget, manage the scholarship and reimbursement program aligned with L&D and local policy, and track the vendor payment process- Participate in the audit process (ISO TS, 14001, MU, MOS or any other) providing evidence to meet the training requirements and define action plans to eliminate non-conformities- Generate and report L&D KPIs, monitor progress and status of training programs, and define action plans to avoid deviations and close gaps- Instruct and deliver institutional training (if necessary)**Technical Skills**:- Proficient Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Power Point, etc)- Audit process- Instructional design- Training Tools- Learning Management platforms**Declaración de igualdad de oportunidades**: Somos un empleador que garantiza la igualdad de oportunidades en el trabajo.
