Act as a consultant to departments needing development solutions.Learning Technologies: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to deliver and track learning programs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.Reporting and Analytics: Produce regular reports on learning impact and program participation.
Analyze learning data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.We are looking for a person who hasProven experience in learning and development, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
