Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Business Support team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that support our three business units: Pharma, Vaccines, and Oncology. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and preferably a history of working in similar roles that involve sales training and development.Key Responsibilities:Training Needs Assessment:Conduct training needs analysis for the Pharma, Vaccines, and Oncology units to identify skill gaps and opportunities for development.Collaborate with business leaders to align learning objectives with business goals.Program Design and Development:Design and develop engaging learning programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of the sales teams and other stakeholders.Incorporate best practices in adult learning principles, instructional design, and the latest learning technologies.Training Delivery:Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.Ensure effective delivery of programs that enhance the performance and productivity of employees.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to learning and development.Communicate learning initiatives and updates to all relevant stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development within the pharmaceutical industry.Proven experience in roles focused on sales training and development is desirable.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory standards.Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in measuring training effectiveness.Personal Skills:Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Creative problem-solving capabilities.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HERE#J-18808-Ljbffr
