And if that's you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:**Requirements**:- Proved work experience as a Learning & Development coordinator/supervisor, minimum of 5 years.- Knowledge in effective job learning/training methods and techniques.- Capability to complete the learning/training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).- Extensive knowledge in the management and fulfillment of requirements before the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.- People management experience.- Leadership and communication skills.- Level of English: 80%.**Description of activities**:- Coordinate the identification and assessment of learning and tr needs to develop the annual training plan.- Manage the training program aimed at organizational and personal preparation and development.- Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of trainings.- Coordinate and / or participate in the implementation of the Learning & Development courses and practices as requested by annual training program.- Evaluate the efficiency of the Learning & Development program and recommend actions for improvement.- Responsible for monitoring the registration and evidence of staff training and certifications; as well as developing and implementing the necessary reports to meet legal and corporate requirements.- Ensures the integrity of the database of the training process to comply with applicable legal requirements or by audits in general.- Supervision of the training team, administration of human resources, to ensure compliance with the established goals.- Register, control and deliver official documentation to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.- Participate in inspections by the Secretariat of The Treasury and Social Security and in internal and external audits by Quality, Safety and Environment systems, and product certifying agencies.- Maintain, update and/or create documentation, procedures, manuals and programs that are part of the training process.LI-TB1
