L&D Manager plays a key role in the professional development of all Team Representatives, by identifying learning needs and cooperating with all the departments to identify and fill skills gaps, creating development plans to empower and contribute on people growth and development.**Responsibilities**- Develop the effective learning & development programs and policies for the organization.- Evaluate the existing learning & development processes, suggest changes and improvements.- Lead the learning & development efforts of the organization both internally and external.- Develop the effective system for the Representatives' professional development and career pathing.- Develop the system for tracking the learning & development needs, activities and achievements.- Become an inspiring driver for the organization professional development initiatives.- Keep close communications with the Representatives to monitor needs.- Be on top of the new professional education and training trends, methods and techniques and constantly improve the learning & development processes.- Be a vocal advocate of personal and professional development and active public speaker on the topic.- Be a driver of the cross-department collaboration related to professional development and learning & development initiative.- Support all learning & development initiatives of the organization.- Support performance management process by creating adjusted individual development plans for all Representatives
