**Description**:
The Learning Events Administrator will be a key member of the Global Learning Solutions team, providing administrative support to the Learning Events and Customized Learning Events' teams. This position will report to the Learning Events Team Leader. We are looking for a strong administrator who has exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks at any one time. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Global Learning Solutions team.
- Check new learning requests received, on the global learning tracking management tool, UCMS. Ensure that all relevant information has been submitted to proceed with learning requests.
- Monitor the quality of data in our data management tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare learning material such as announcement flyers, PowerPoint presentations, Handouts, ensuring that these are aligned with what the client has purchased - including branding and editing.
- Liaise with translation services to ensure learning material is in local language, if required.
- Create webinar links.
- Host online live webinars or pre-recorded sessions.
- Generate satisfaction results in PowerBI and provide satisfaction reports to clients.
- Work within specific timeframes for completion of certain Workplace Events activities.
- Submit invoices.
- Give support to GLS in any adhoc queries as needed.

**Required Education/Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- High proficiency with skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, UCMS, GoToWebinar, JIRA, Visio, SharePoint, PowerBI
- Expertise in establishing & maintaining data quality standards.
- Fluency in languages other than English is highly preferred.
- Strong overall communication skills, facilitation, and diplomacy skills
