Learning Experience Developer

Job Summary:  As a Learning Experience Developer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and improvement of learning products and services to enhance corporate readiness and performance. This position requires collaboration with project teams to coordinate the development and delivery of training content, ensuring maximum retention and compliance.  Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering educational materials, preparing and coordinating project working group materials, and undertaking learning projects as needed. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 0-2 years of experience are required for this role. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. A competitive salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
