This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.Your key responsibilitiesCollaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs.Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities.Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc).Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts.Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the SAP/SI domain.Maintain and update the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements.Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members.Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice.Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP/SI learning domain.Skills and attributes for successAbility to manage ambiguity and be proactive.Extremely sharp attention to detail.Great stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity.High energy levels, agility and adaptability.Ability to comprehend new content and topics across different domains.Open to travel for client projects that are approved as per EY and country specific travel advisory guidelines.To qualify for the role, you must haveBachelor's or associate degree with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience.Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus.Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
