This role is part of a global cross-functional team within AstraZeneca's Enabling Units IT - Learning & HR IT Guadalajara team Education: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1- 3 years of experience working with Learning Management technologies (e.g. Saba Cloud) or significant experience working as a Business Analyst delivering problem management and maintenance of IT applicationsPreferred Experience: Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining Learning Management Systems within biotech, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries.Experience working within validated system environments.Experience working with API and Endpoints (e.g. Mulesoft).Understanding of GxP and SOX regulations and processes.Understanding of eLearning communication protocols (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, AICC), and their interaction with Learning Management Systems.Familiar with continuous improvement processes (e.g. Lean).Nice to know: Experience of incident management and ability to perform effective Problem management/troubleshooting.Highly skilled in Learning Management Systems configuration and management.Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly skilled in Project Management.Highly skilled in time management and organizational skills.Skilled in Vendor Management.Proven customer-oriented focus and customer service skills.Required Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomesAbility to lead and manage highly complex training projects that require more than one deliverable along with handling multiple projects to successful completionAbility to prioritize effectively and to adapt to changing prioritiesComfortable working with Senior Leaders (both internal and external)Ability to build relationships within a matrixed organizationAbility to adapt to change and work through conflicts while persuasively influencing outcomesWhy AstraZeneca?
