Learning Management - Generalist

**Job **Responsibilities**:- Schedule and coordinate onboarding trainings- Update and maintain training records- Updated training Skill Matrix- Create learning curve charts- Skill Matrix Management- Assists the Learning leadership team with special projects, reporting procedures, and other activities involving administrative requirements.- Assists with registration and collection of class rosters as needed- Assists with technical data collect for new trainings creation (ILT - CBT)**Basic Qualifications**:- English 80%- Recent Graduate of Engineering or related- Advanced Excel- Knowledge of design software- Excellent service attitude- Initiative- Availability to work from 7 am to 4 pmCollins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in smart, technologically advanced solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
