Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob description Summary: The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience for our team members within the LMS. The role incorporates technical, interpersonal, and research skills with a foundation of attention to detail and organizational capabilities. The LMS Admin must take charge of the content distribution structure and strategy in support of our learning initiatives, as well as be engaged in optimizing the features and functionality of the system and related platforms. Job responsibilities: 1) Configuration and Maintenance Manage platform configuration for courses, resources, certificates, catalogs, etc. Upload and maintain content files and materials Test courses (prior to publishing and as part of regular audits) to ensure functionality Ensure system scalability and stability by developing and enforcing standards, processes, workflows for administrators and end users Monitor employee data integration with systems such as ServiceNow, UltiPro, and other HR platforms Achieve and maintain a detailed understanding of employee team structures for efficient group assignments within the LMS Research and lead implementation of available LMS features to enhance knowledge transfer, learner experience, and engagement 2) Troubleshooting Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for user-submitted support tickets, and identify, record, and communicate scalable solutions Research and resolve LMS functionality and technical issues in partnership with internal and external support teams when necessary 3) Reporting Keep record and reports of content updates, course versions and assignment schedules Provide reporting (regularly scheduled and on demand) to relevant stakeholders reflecting course completion, user behaviors, assessment results, etc. 4) Support Develop and maintain process documentation for end users and admin partners What are we looking for?Experiência y requisitosRequired: 1-3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) High school diploma Specialized Knowledge: Experience with support/helpdesk ticketingOrganizaciónSeguros ConfieGiroTelemarketingActividad principalWe are a call center that offers services to different brands in the insurance industry.Número de empleados1234/**Área** Administración**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Preparatoria**Sexo** Indistinto
