**JOB DUTIES:
Support and administer ADI Global Distribution's Learning Management Systems including ADI University and gamification platform. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration
- System User Management: add, delete, and update system users
- Course and Curriculum Management: upload, test and launch learning content, courses, curriculum and learning journeys. Assign learning content to appropriate roles
- Create and distribute learning reports
- Monitor and respond to questions/issues regarding ADI University: troubleshoot and resolve LMS user and administration issues
- Maintain participant records

Documentation / Communications
- Manage ADI University mailbox and calendar
- Develop and revise LMS administration tasks and user guidelines, standard work processes
- Recommend ongoing process improvements to streamline operations and improve learner experience
- Manage communications to support program

Program Support
- Register, monitor, and report on employees in New Employee On-Boarding, ISR New Hire, Branch Manager Training and other training programs
- Coordinate presenters and resources for learning programs delivery
- Coordinate and function as producer for virtual instructor-led sessions Resolve attendee and technical issues that may occur during program delivery

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- High School Diploma (some college preferred)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- PC literacy and technical troubleshooting Experience with virtual technologies and platforms including Zoom and Teams

- Familiarity with user roles and permissions, problems, implementation, maintenance of courses, and troubleshooting user problems in learning management systems
- Experience in virtual program delivery production Familiarity with training content instructional design and online course development
