You will collaborate closely with Learning Business Partners and Design and Enablement Teams to create engaging and relevant experiences that empower our workforce to lead with purpose, inclusivity, and professionalism.You will build, implement, and facilitate curricula that align with our strategic objectives.You will manage all operational aspects of assigned programs, including budget management, project management, and vendor relations, while serving as a subject matter expert.You will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels to understand business demands and collaborate with Learning Business Partners to conduct learning needs analyses that define required outcomes.You will work in an agile manner to prioritize needs aligned with our strategy.You will support our annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and curriculum reviews.You will assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and making data-driven adjustments as needed.What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:You have at least 5 years of proven experience in designing, coordinating, and managing learning projects for global organizations.You are fluent in English and have been working in a global organization where English was the main language for at least 2 years.You have an entrepreneur mindset with a keen eye for details and high delivery standards.You are familiar with mainstream adult learning methodologies and possess some fundamentals of instructional design.Additional Preferred Qualifications:You have proven experience in managing guest trainers and delivering T3 programs.You are familiar with mainstream coaching methodologies.You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to influence your business stakeholders.You are tech-savvy with a strong appeal for advanced technologies such as Gen AI, LXM, etc.About S&P Global Commodity InsightsAt S&P Global Commodity Insights, our complete view of global energy and commodities markets enables our customers to make decisions with conviction and create long-term, sustainable value.We're a trusted connector that brings together thought leaders, market participants, governments, and regulators to co-create solutions that lead to progress
