**A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)****How You'll Make an Impact**- Manage and maintain the CornerstoneSBX LMS platform, ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility.- Configure and customize the LMS to meet organizational needs and user requirements.- Map courses and learning activities to competencies to support employee development.- Provide first-line support to LMS users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**What You Bring**- Bachelor's degree in education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent experience- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, preferably with the CornerstoneSBX platform.- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in LMS configuration and troubleshooting.- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.- Must be fluent in the English Language- Experience with competency management and mapping, knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards is preferred**Who is Siemens Energy?
