The analyst must ensure the proper functioning of the platforms, foster continuous innovation, and provide an efficient service that supports the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring a high-quality technological experience for the users.Your ImpactAs Learning Platforms Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:Platforms managementUploading content to the platformsChatbot maintenance (maintenance and ensure new services to optimize the learning process)Ticket resolution and maintenance (SNOW)Contact with users for supportData quality assuranceUpdates via MondayProcess Improvement ConsultingUser Experience OptimizationContact with global support team for escalating tickets to solve issues and platforms improvementsQualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Bachelor's Degree Required3-5 years of Pepsico learning experience or related business experience2-3 years of experience administrating LMS/LXP platforms (Degreed, Success Factors, Schoox, etc.
)Fluent conversational English; Portuguese is a plusExpertise with data analysis (master data, organization, spreadsheets, lookups, formulas, hierarchies, etc.
