As a Learning Specialist intern, you will support the OCM team to develop, update, and enhance learning materials, documents, guides, exercises for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as well as in planning and executing change initiatives collaborating with global teams. This includes change management plans, creating, managing, and delivering communication and knowledge content; analyzing, monitoring, and tracking data related to the progress of initiatives.
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to: Develop, Update, Enhance PLM learning materialsWork closely with PLM Learning & Change Management leaderDevelop and update PLM learning materials (this also includes exercise plans, guides, documentations, presentations, FAQs)Assist on communications, raising awareness on the PLM learning materials, Webinars, Q&A sessionsExecute and test the learning modules and exercise plans. Ensure they are clear, easy to do, and function correctly. Provide the necessary feedbacks and implement the improvementsCollaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to create communications, learning documentation, and media using different software and platforms.Support in the organization of global learning sessions.Support in the knowledge management inside the company.Help monitor and analyze data related to training engagement initiatives.Qualifications
We are looking for an intern of Bachelor Degree in Engineering such as: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related with interest in Graphics Design, Digital Engineering, Information Technologies, Communication, and Instructional Design graduating in September 2025 or later. Some knowledge is essential for all applicants. Experience gained in the classroom, projects and through personal application will be considered.
