A company driven by people!****Job Purpose**:Manage the training program of the collaborators basing in STPS norms and the requirements from the clients to insure the professional and personal development of the collaborators, as well as the retention of the talent in the company.**Key responsibilities**:- Organize the training plan with the HR, QA and SHE instructors- Establish priorities and create training matrices- Supervise the accomplished the training program for staff areas- Schedule the collaborators according to the training plan- Manage the documentation originated by the training courses (Files and attendance lists).- Generate a database that contains all the information of the training evidence.- Generate monthly progress reports and compliance with training plans.**Who we are looking for**:- Psychology or educational degree- Experience in instructional design- Experience in the comprehensive training process.- Experience in budget management- Experience in STPS Legal Framework**Connecting people, improving lives. **In DHL Supply Chain, you can exceed your full potential.**¡APPLY NOW!
