**ABOUT KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TEAM**
The Team is responsible for creating impactful learning, communications, engagement campaigns and policies for Global Ethics and Compliance. We work in a global team collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure we successfully promote a strong culture of Ethics in everything we do at AstraZeneca. We use a variety of systems, software packages, creative and innovative techniques to achieve our goals.
**JOB ROLE**
Responsible for the administration of various learning and policy related systems. Compilation of reports and data from these systems and other sources to assist the department in planning and success measurement. Update and refresh of exisiting courses and creation of documents such as Workbooks to support the Content Creator.
**TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ownership of Knowledge Management SharePoint repository and responsible for amendments and updates.
- Manages Knowledge Management mailbox and the flow of requests for content creation and upload.
- Responsible for the promotion of Knowledge Management content via communications channels such as Workplace.
- Creation of new bite-sized materials using exisiting templates.
- Key point of contact with Global Learning Services (GLS) managing the flow of tickets relating to learning requests. Also retaining some administrative tasks within the LMS such as course testing, ad hoc reporting and the provision of learning data for investigations.
- Provides full administrative support for Code of Ethics annual training including setting up meetings, translation, testing and liaising with various stakeholders.
- Responsible for mandatory learning and ad hoc policy translations
- Refresh and update or amend existing learning using Articulate software and creation of Workbooks where needed using Word.
- Responsible for managing Code of Ethics reconciliation and ensuring 100% completion.
- Document Management System (DMS) administration cover on an ad hoc basis.
- Maintence of other technologies owned by the function as required.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**
- Fluent English speaker and communicator
- Minimum 3years' experience within atraining or technology-based environment
- High EQ/IQ
- A strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively and simply within the team, wider groups and more widely using internal social media channels
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to independently manage your own workload in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency with MS Office products (particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
**DESIRABLE**
- Experience with learning and communication based software such as Articulate, Adobe, Intranet.
- Interest in future technologies in the workplace (such as AI)
- A general interest in Sustainability and making a difference
