POSITION OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the intern is follow up the Competencies Matrix Project to achieve the regional alignment and the correct form to do the process in the organization.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute with Onboarding Grid Processes
Follow up to complete the current status of each collaborator and maintain updated with all changes in the organization.
Update project KPIs and maintain good communication with the HRBP team.
Create or evaluate Competencies Management System
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Database management.
Support for Continuous Improvement when needed.
Faster development on programming apps and improvements.
**Education**:
Last semester students in Psychology, Business administration or related.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
